Counseling Nook for Trauma & Dissociation (CNTD) provides trauma informed counseling services through telehealth in Texas. CNTD strived to provide a safe, comforting, and cozy place for you to heal and grow. CNTD comes from a trauma model perspective, meaning we see my clients as having understandable reactions to traumatic events (in childhood or adulthood) rather than suffering from mental illness. We use an integrative approach in therapy that includes Eye Movement and Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Our ultimate goal is to help alleviate suffering, whether generated from past traumatizing experiences or from current experiences. We provide our services in English and Spanish.
