Hi, I'm Kimberly. I'm an Anxiety and Trauma Therapist in Westchester, New York. I work with Millennials 1981-1996 and Generation X 1965-1980. I use Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T.) an evidenced based psychotherapy primarily in my sessions with clients. In Accelerated Resolution Therapy we say, "keep the knowledge and lose the pain." That's because you will keep the memory and lose the pain, sensations, and problem images. Clients don't have to disclose their trauma in an ART session and they'll still be able to benefit from a decrease in symptoms. Clients are able to get results within 1-5 sessions.
