I use a mix of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and EMDR, call, email or text to setup a free 15 min consult. Worried you won’t know what to say or ask? No worries this is common and I’m well versed in helping people find the words they want to share. In-person and telehealth available. Accepts various insurance and offer superbill.
