We are a trauma-informed group practice providing evidence-based therapy for all ages. Our team of mental health professionals offer a person-centered and collaborative approach. We believe that each person possesses an innate capacity for healing and that everyone deserves a safe, supportive space that fosters growth and resilience. ​ In-person psychotherapy is available at our New Orleans Mid-City office, as well as nature sessions in City Park.
