As You Are Therapy Group LLC offers compassionate, evidence-based mental health and counseling services for individuals and families. Our primary office is located in Columbia, KY, with a part-time office in Lexington for individual therapy sessions. We also provide virtual therapy services to clients across Kentucky. We serve all ages with individual therapy, parenting classes, psychoeducation groups for children and teens, DUI assessments and classes, and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) for substance use. We offer same-day availability, flexible scheduling, and accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most major insurance plans. Sliding scale and private pay options are available.
