Striving to help others become the best that they were created to become~ I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) since 1995. I enjoy working with people of all ages and diverse backgrounds. My experiences include but not limited to providing social services and counseling while working with children, adolescents, and adults within schools, hospitals, out patient settings and communities. I practice using a non-judgmental, client-centered and strength-based therapeutic approach while meeting others where they are currently. Multiple modes of therapy are used including EMDR, Trauma trained, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) trained, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy & Grief Therapy.
