Being human can be hard. It seems like no matter how we try we all experience pain and heartache. It could be the feeling of being abandoned by a parent, rejection from a childhood friend,humiliation of being embarrassed by a joke, betrayal by your first love or being blamed for a wrong that you didn’t do. All these cause us pain. The pain can show up as addiction, dependence, or negative self-esteem. No matter how it shows up it impacts our lives and keeps us stuck. I’m inspired to help people move past pain to experience healing and hope. When I work with people my goal is to help them heal from experiences that are painful. When people sit with me they are changed. They learn to release negative emotions and live better lives.
