I provide individual and couples counseling in person in my office in Cape Canaveral and telehealth (video and audio in real time). I have over 27 years counseling experience and I am a FL Licensed and National Certified Counselor (the Gold standard for Counseling). I help adults suffering from anxiety, stress, relationship problems, depression, communication struggles and more. Therapy can help you develop coping strategies that lead to being healthier and happier. I am in-network for Regular Medicare, HealthFirst/Optum, United Healthcare, Aetna, UMR & GEHA/UMR.
