I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, specializing in Maternal Mental Health/ Perinatal Mood Disorders (postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, postpartum OCD, postpartum psychosis). I also work with couples, grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationships, chronic illness, parenting issues, blended families, divorce and life transitions (high school to college, college to work, single to married, empty nest, etc.). I host a free Mom's Group on the third Wednesday of every month. We all struggle sometimes. You are vulnerable, and reaching out for help is scary. I would love to help you achieve your fullest potential. I am here to walk next to you on this journey. I want to help.
