I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Los Angeles. In my practice as a therapist I use the research on what works to help my clients get the outcomes they want; better relationships, managed anxiety, less depression and more control over life. Every client has unique needs and that calls for a customized perspective. I do not limit my work into any single modality but blend a variety of techniques to tailor my approach to treatment for each individual.
