I am a private practice Alabama Licensed Christian counselor/therapist serving clients in and around the Fort Mitchell, Alabama and Columbus, Georgia areas, as well as online. I specialize in treating individuals who have experienced early childhood adversities resulting in complex post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), dissociative identity disorder (DID), and other related problems including depression, addictions, and anxiety. My approach to therapy is grounded in evidence-based practices, including: Psychodynamic/Supportive psychotherapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapies, Narrative Therapy, and the Primary Identity Approach. I am also trained in Hypnotherapy and EMDR.
